Not everyone is in the business for numbers and profit. Many of us our in it to help families keep their homes when they have a financial crisis and you help them get back on track. We are the ones that sleep well at night knowing we helped them turn their lives around. Thanks!

You are right, Jill; it’s true when somebody said comparison is a thief, it robs us of our joy. You do you, I do me. We were all put on this earth to serve who was given to us by the universe. If our focus is to serve, then we enjoy every single client. I was talking to my new underwriter, and I asked her to work on a $200K mortgage in a rush because a client was in a bind. I told her I was so sorry it was a small mortgage. And she said, I don’t look at the mortgage size, I look at how I can help. Well said, right?

In fact, within my brokerage, there are 5 agents, all with a very different way of doing business and a different clientele. There is no right or wrong way as long as we are serving the best interest of our clients and we are happy doing it!
Thank you for your perspective Jill!

All clients deserve the same treatment no matter their mortgage size and as a long time broker I appreciate all business that comes my way! I do alot of past clients and now their kids so of course the amounts will be lower. It is great to see that they have paid down their mortgages like we taught them.
Everyone has their own definition of success .
