The Conservatives are allowing “ALL” new home buyers to purchase GST free, whereas the Liberals are only allowing “1ST TIME” buyers to purchase GST free. Allowing all buyers will most certainly increase new home purchases across the country. It will even provide incentive to those who would/could purchase a home, to rent out to people needing homes who can’t afford to buy a home.
